With the lessee a value will be agreed for each individual piece of art.

The lessee will be liable during the rental period for the agreed value. Insurance/Liability to be covered by the lessee.

The condition of the individual piece will be recorded by photo and a report during takeover signed by both parties.

The rental price will be 0,5% of the agreed value of the piece of art plus VAT per month.

The lessee will bear all cost for packing and shipping at the time of rental and return.

Minimum period for rental 6 months. Rent is payable in advance at the time of takeover of the piece of art.

The agreed value of the piece of art has to be secured with a first class, first call bank guarantee in favor of the lessor.

In case the lessee would like to purchase the piece of art during the rental period, the paid rent will be deducted from the price of purchase ( max. 2 years after initial rental)
